Requirements

As a Full-time CSR working with our local client, you'll be a driving force behind purchasing and sourcing. You'll source product via the internet, enter orders, and maintain stock levels of all products. You will speak with government officials for orders, and inbound customer calls on product questions. You are a well organized, professional CSR, and major multi-tasker. Your day will be varied, fast paced and never dull. You must have at least five years work experience in Customer Service Rep position. You are a Master user of Microsoft Office Suite and the internet. You have a can-do attitude. A stay-on-top-of-it approach. You're an excellent juggler, with the ability to complete multiple projects under tight deadlines. You're the type of person who makes important contributions on your own and you work well with little or no supervision.
