Freedom Kia is seeking an Auto Detail Department Manger
DUTIES INCLUUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
* Supervising detail staff in the performance of a variety of vehicle cleaning tasks such as (but not limited to) washing, polishing, buffing, interior cleaning and window cleaning.
* Insures the cleaning of upholstery, rugs and other surfaces, using cleaning agents, applicators and cleaning devises.
* Oversee the application of revitalizers and preservation agents to vinyl or leather surfaces and treat fabrics with spot- and stain-resistant chemicals to preserve and protect interior components.
* Supervise the removal of factory stickers and protective items from new vehicles and apply dealership decal stickers and logo plates.
* Inspects quality of work performed to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Communicate with service staff and external customers in a friendly and professional manner.
* Must follow all company safety policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Detail shop experience
* Valid and current Driver's License with clean driving record
* Experience as supervisor or manager preferred
* Ability to maintain a good driving record
* People focused and obsessed with providing great customer service
* Attentive to details
* Strong organizational and time management skills
