An Automobile company is looking for:

Seeking an experienced Instructional Writer to join the Business Process and Operations organization within Human Resources (HR) in support of an initiative to re-engineer out HR Policies and Guidelines application. This individual will work with HR Business Partners, HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), Payroll, Benefits, Employee Relations and IT to understand our current HR processes, evaluate our current documentation, and develop and implement changes to the structure of the application as well as the detail process documentation. The individual in this role must develop a strong understanding of the processes that HR supports in order to have an understanding of how to best maximize our human resource Policies and Guidelines content and application.

They will not be creating new policies, they are already in place. However, they will need to read through all policies to ensure accuracy with current HR law, and make sure the policy is written correctly so that a manager can utilize it if needed.

Bachelor's degree required. Prefer a degree in HR, Business or Communications
* At least 3 years of experience
* Someone with strong writing skills is required
* No OT or travel required
* Candidates must be familiar with HR processes
* This role will involve reviewing HR process documents to ensure:
o All documents are written and formatted in a consistent manner
o Language is clear and understandable
o Information contained in the process is current
* Candidates will likely have to rewrite a number of policies
* Someone who can identify a new tool to house the processes is a plus
