About this job
Assemble, review and certify loan files for Home Equity loans. Ability to handle complex files and effectively prevent escalations. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines and work standards. Ability to be dynamic in role, and shift priorities as business needs arise. Demonstrates strong process, guidelines, and product knowledge. Ability to assist with customer escalations and related issues.
The loan files will need to be assembled and missing documents ordered to complete files.
This position will initially start off on a 3-4 month contract with opportunity to extend.
Minimum 1-2 years of any mortgage experience or exposure required.
