Yard Loader / Forklift Operator

Responsible for all duties related to the YARD and WAREHOUSE
- Operate Standard sit down FORKLIFT (% of the day) to pull orders of various building supplies
- Responsible for pulling orders, building pallets of product, shipping, receiving etc.
- This facility uses WMS, therefore will use scanning to locate product.
- Therefore it is preferred that this candidate be familiar with building supplies
- Products would relate specifically to roofing, windows/doors, kitchen/bath, siding, interior millwork, exterior millwork, and lumber
- Build pallets by hand, which requires heavier lifting
- Example of heavier lifting would include stacking roofing shingles
- Should have good communication skills as they will be responsible for customer service when vendors pickup orders
-MUST be able to work OUTSIDE in various weather conditions (cold, heat, snow, rain)

1st SHIFT... 7am to 3:30pm (shift is subject to change/could start earlier/later)
- OT is based on orders for the day could be asked to stay late based on work load
