About this job

Our client is currently seeking a 2nd shift Customer Service Representative to join their team. This position is open due to exponential growth within the organizatinon. This individual should possess the following skills:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

▫ Critical Customer Service facing point of contact
o Answer phone calls and emails related to container availability, requests
o First line responder of user questions and directs inquires/calls to technical support as required
▫ Leasing Tracking
o Track units in field
o Contract customers to arrange renewals or arrange for units to be inspected by Repair Stations
▫ Administrative related duties
o Invoicing and generating order acknowledgements for customers
o Working with CLIENT accounting to resolve discrepancies
o Pre approval of invoices before being sent to customers
o Reviewing Repair Station invoices for accuracy and determining if CLIENT or customer is responsible for repairs based upon input from the technical support person
▫ Document Control-Use Asset Management software to
o Track units
o Maintain work orders
o Maintain order acknowledgements
o Unit inspections
o Equipment Testing
o Documenting 8130 Airworthiness
▫ Track inventory level at Repair Stations and at manufacturing facility

- Working with 3rd party logistics, airlines, pharma companies, and only working w/ units on airplanes.
- Individual will work with ground logistics to determine availability of parts or products
- International interaction with customers and clients via phone and email
- Handle 95-98% inbound inquiries.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of customer service experience
- 2+ years experience in business to business relations

Plus:
- leasing or technical company background is preferred
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Google Translate
- Bilingual
- Logistics Experience
