Customer Service Reps (Dispatchers) are responsible for taking up to 100 inbound calls per shift. During those calls they acquire and enter in driver and load information into the computer system. They relate directions and instructions to the drivers for pick up and delivery and escalate any issues to their sales contact. Once that is completed, they follow up with the driver once the freight has been delivered.
