This position is responsible for overall employer contract loading using various databases and/or source documents. You may research installation issues and develop customer specific resolutions. This also may include auditing contract loads for adherence to quality measures and reporting standards.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the installation of assigned accounts, including but not limited to  structure building, revisions, researching and resolving structure issues, database loading and maintaining a book of business that consists of NA and KA business segment to deliver COCs.
  • Responsible for the creation and completion of COCs that includes both medical and ancillary products.
  • Reviews, interprets and extrapolates benefits information and language from client's source of truth documentation (benefit grid data and CDX). To input into Single Contract Issuance System (SCI) to produce draft COCs for designated accounts.
  • Ability to handle large volumes of cases and be able to source/prioritize multiple COC/projects at one time; and meet or exceed team metrics for production.
  • Keep abreast of the latest legal/COC/ product and benefit updates that impacts and apply to existing book of business.
  • Responsible for producing high quality product that is delivered to customers- subject to QA program review and metrics.  
  • Structure building and billing set up, structure revisions, researching & resolving structure issues, database loading, and preparation of plan materials such as administrative documents and customer education materials.
  • Positions are responsible for overall employer contract loading using various databases and/or source documents. 
  • Ability to research installation issues & develop customer specific resolutions.
  • As the senior associate helping the team in terms of queries and handling escalations
  • Reviewing the new PI's with the team and helping the SME
  • Sub teams: Pass, ID Cards,  BBC, iBAAG, SSR, ACIS, CAMS, TOPS, B&E
  • Research installation issues & develop customer specific resolutions.

Requirements

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of case installation experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Access
  • 3+ years healthcare experience
  • Contracts experience
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
  • Frequent speaking, listening using a headset, sitting, use of hands/fingers across keyboard or mouse, handling other objects, long periods working at a computer
  • Service center environment with moderate noise level due to Representatives talking, computers, printers, and floor activity
