Join our brand new Distribution Center and team of associates! Leads assist the Department Manager with directing the daily operation of the department and best practices. Supports in planning, prioritizing and communicating shift directives to ensure efficiency and accuracy for all department related activities. Provides guidance to associates assigned to the department. Promotes an environment of respect and inclusion and teamwork to foster a positive work environment.

We’ll value your:

• Leadership and management experience in a distribution center environment
• General knowledge of warehousing operations
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Experience following and directing safety initiatives
