New opportunity for part-time office help which may increase to full time hours in 2016.
Ideal for someone re-entering the workforce who wants to start part-time, and ultimately move to a full time position in the future, with increased Accounting/Bookkeeping responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones, provide customer service and take orders.
Review incoming mail and distribute.
Enter daily deposit and inventory adjustments into Great Plains Accounting software.
File invoices.
Match vouchers with invoices and checks.
Make collections calls (these are warm reminder calls).
Experience with A/P, A/R and Billing a plus!

The ideal candidate works with great attention to detail and has a warm, positive attitude and approach towards work.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.
