Quality Control Inspectors

Staffmark is recruiting for Quality Control Inspectors in Kalida, Ohio. Production employees participating in the sort area will have an opportunity to earn a substantial amount of incentive pay. The plan will be paid out weekly based upon the efficiency threshold met for each individual each week. Base pay $10.00/hr. with the expectation that Quality Control Inspectors will achieve a targeted pay of between $12/hr. and $16.25/hr. based on meeting incentive criteria.
