Home Instead Senior Care is looking for a high energy, results oriented Business Development Manager to perform a variety of marketing and sales activities to grow business revenue within our defined territory.

Primary Responsibilities, but are not limited to:
- Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current referral providers and prospective customers to generate new business
- Utilizes marketing programs to enhance our relationships with referral provider resources and drive business in our territory
- Continually identifies new referral sources and builds win-win relationships
- Plan and engage in a variety of community marketing events that will enhance our market presence and reputation
- Conduct service calls at the convenience of the prospective client
- Perform ongoing marketing research to understand industry trends and leverage those to effectively position Home Instead Senior Care as the provider of choice
- High energy, self-starter who is results oriented
- Sales experience and/or senior care industry experience preferred
- Ability to use a consultative sales approach to build relationships and grow revenue
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Working knowledge of Social Media applications preferred
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and contact management software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possess a valid driver’s license, valid auto insurance and has reliable transportation
