SMI Hotel Group is seeking highly motivated and team oriented individuals to join our Front Desk as a Guest Service Agent.
Check-in and check-out hotel guests courteously and efficiently; process all payments according to established hotel requirements. Provide information and services to any guest or visitor professionally, courteously and efficiently. Provide positive customer service to all guests and visitors.
Previous hotel experience preferred. Pre-employment drug testing and a background check are required as a condition for employment.
