Under supervision, cleaning, polishing, and sanitizing gathering and public spaces

Cleaning residents' apartments on a weekly basis or as needed

Maintaining assigned areas in an orderly and attractive manner

Submitting work orders to the maintenance team as needed

Taking initiative to ensure resident safety and satisfaction is a priority

High School Diploma or GED

1 year of housekeeping/cleaning experience

Must have experience in carpet extracting stripping and waxing.

Flexibility with schedule - weekends
