Job will pay from $10.00 to $15.00 hourly based on clients services needed. W-2 Salary

We are a Non-Medical in Home Assistants Company. Helping people of all ages.
The right employee's needs to have a pleasant attitude, some computer skills, drive etc.......
Description - Companion duties - light housekeeping, cleaning, vacuuming, errands, meal preparation, shopping, Laundry, board games and activities etc....
Limited hygiene care.

Employees' are subject to a personal background check and credit check.

Hiring positions for: Senior companions, Assist clients with Injuries & Homebound, Newborn assistants and Baby sitters.
The Companion/ Sitter provides homemaking servicesspending time with an individual, to assist in helping them remain in their residence. The Companionand or Sitter may not provide hands- on personal care to the clients.

Qualifications:

Must have an empathic attitude towards care of person that require companionship services.

Committed to provide exceptional service and support to all clients and families.

Must have the ability to carry out directions.

The Companion /Sitter must be able to document sufficient life experience in the job application to able to meet all of the qualifications.


Must maintain strict confidentiality of patient information.

Mustbe able to document patient care on appropriate agency form.


Job Duties and Responsibilities: Include but are notlimited to the following.

Companion Shall:

1.Maintain the home in an optimum state of cleanliness and safety depending upon the client'sresources.

2.Perform the functions generally undertaken by customary companion, including such duties as preparation of meals and snacks, laundry and linen( washing, ironing and folding clothes),shopping, and care of children. As per clients needs.

3. Perform casual, cosmetic assistance, such as brushing the client's hair, assisting with make-up, filing and polishing of nails, but not clipping nails.

4. Escort client to appointments- doctor, friends, family members or stores. Not required use of your private vehicles.

5. Stabilize the client when walking as needed, by holding the client's arm or hand.

6. Report to the appropriate supervisor any incident or problems, changes in health relatedto his or her work, immediately.

7. Report any unusual incidents or changes in client's behavior or health to the office immediately, family and physician.

8. Maintain appropriate work records.

9. Maintain one's physical health- report to office any sicknessyou may have or have developed. (cold, influenza ,STD's etc....).

10. May remind client of medications.

11.Provide shopping service to client to include grocery and clothes shopping.

12. Planning client's recreation activities and events.

Working Environment:

Field experience may expose employee to temperature extremes, physical injury by patient, family, animal or other in the community, unsafe environment exposure to infectious diseases and offensive odors.

a. Equipment and Supplies: Prudent and efficient use of routine office supplies and equipment. All the preceding items should be protected from theft and weather at all times.

b. Knowledge and Competency: Must demonstrated basic knowledge of all procedures. Must have the ability to follow instructions. Ability to communicate effectively with office, patients, families and co-workers. Must have effective means of transportation, which will enable employee to make visits to patients homes. Must be able to assess safety of home situations for self, patient, and other staff members, including physical and psychological dangers. Must have the ability to effectively cope with patients, families and all other varying backgrounds.

c. Physical Demands: Must be able to complete all physical demands of the job, which may include, but not limited to: The ability to bend, lift, stand, carry supplies, and read normal typewritten. Have ability to escort client. Have corrected vision and hearing within normal range and have manual dexterity with normal range of motion of all extremities.

d. Work Ethic: Comply with dress code, project a professional attitude towards self, patient, and other staff members, and follows department public relations policies regarding outside speaking and professional affiliations, clearing all such request throughAgency.
