About The Role:

Over the last year we've been rapidly growing our membership base both here in the United States, as well as internationally. We've seen an influx of inbound applications and in order to keep up to date and provide the highest level of service, we're actively growing the department that handles speaking to new applicants.

Every day the Client Services Representative will speak to and manage a diverse pool of English speaking applicants residing in many different countries. It will be your job to appropriately manage the candidate contact cycle so that you are able to review and speak to candidates in a time efficient manner.

Furthermore, the Client Services Representative will partake in many different duties, but their primary responsibilities will be:

* Providing a consistent and high level of service to new applicants
* Contacting new applicants and prospective members
* Speaking to candidates in order to review the information they provided as part of their application
* Conducting a qualifying interview that delves into their professional background and accomplishments in order to make sure they are eligible for our organization
* Cultivating a relationship with candidates by building rapport and trust
* Presenting membership options to newly accepted members as well as extending (and explaining) product and service offering
* Managing client relationships by continually following up with members to learn more about recent activities and achievements

Who We're Looking For/Requirements:

We're seeking motivated and well spoken individuals to join our team. Since some of our members and applicants speak English as a second language, having patience and the ability to communicate clearly are two vital traits necessary for success in this role. If you're well educated and have the ability to speak intelligently on a large variety of subjects, or consider yourself "worldly", that's a big plus.

We find that individuals from a large variety of previous professional backgrounds are able to achieve success in this role, which makes this job a great opportunity for someone who is looking to switch fields, and still have the potential to earn an income of $100,000k/yr+. Candidates qualifications:

* Minimum 3 years of professional experience
o Candidates that have a background in the following industries or job functions are preferred: Legal, Real Estate, Retail, Marketing, Customer Service, Business Development, Client Relations, Administration, Insurance, & Sales
* Must be fluent in English
* Exhibit superior communication skills, especially over the phone and via email
* Must be able to use and navigate a CRM system to help manage client relations (we will train you on this)
o Previous use of any CRM software is a huge plus
* Desire to work hard and succeed
* Be outgoing and engaging as to build rapport and a solid relationship with applicants
* Basic technological skills - must be able to use the Internet for basic job functions
o Basic proficiency in MS word is expected as well
o Being able to type efficiently is an important preferred skill
* A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution* (not required, but preferred)
* A good sense of humor and being a "people person" is a plus

As for compensation and benefits:

* A competitive base salary - this is commensurate with your skill set and previous experience
* Lucrative daily, weekly, & monthly bonuses, commissions, and incentives for hitting certain targets
* Most CSR's earn between $65,000 - $80,000/yr, with the top earners making $100,000/yr+
