Help Desk Professional - Full-time

Responsibilities
•Maintain IT hardware and software for employees and clients.
•Perform manual work in the system room for maintenance.
•Work closely with current IT staff.
•Travel to clients to assist end-users.

Preferred Skills:
•Microsoft SharePoint skills preferred.
•Intermediate knowledge of *nix in a networking environment. (Linux and other Unix systems)
•Hands-on experience with Cisco switches and routers
•Technical writing and documentation skills
