Reservation Team Members assist guests with their airline bookings answering various inbound airline travel questions.

TRAINING: Three weeks of paid classroom training followed by 2 weeks on the job training

SHIFTS: We want to work with you! When you come to the site, we will discuss shifts and your availability we do ask that you are able to work a Saturday OR a Sunday

After your first 90 DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT $175.00

And after 1 YEAR $975.00!!!!!

Using a computerized system, responds to customer inquiries in an inbound call center environment, may perform one or more of the following:

Responds to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures

Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries and logs customer calls

Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner

Informs customers about services available and assesses customer needs

All other duties as assigned

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:

Must be 18 years of age or older

Possess a minimum of 3 months customer service experience in a call center environment

Solid work history 1 plus years of stable work with one company

Score acceptably on job related testing assessments provided (i.e., data entry, spelling, reading, reading comprehension, sales aptitude testing and cognitive ability testing, typing 25 WPM)

Knowledge of computer keyboard and mouse, intermediary internet knowledge required

Ability to work within specified shift time

Ability to clearly communicate using good clear, distinct voice

Able to successfully pass a background and drug screen

All other duties as assigned
