  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university and two plus years of experience; Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and four plus years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must be able to learn and apply knowledge of commonly used applications as appropriate for the area within the department, which may include billing systems, sales order entry systems; Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Siebel, and Oracle (not a comprehensive list of all possible applications and software)
  • Strong math and analytical skills to handle a wide variety of customer, partner, and internal requests
  • Ability to think logically and be able to analyze different parts of the problem at the same time and solve a variety of different business problems.  A strong attention to detail is also critical
  • Ability to work well within a team setting
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and employ effective time management skills

The Operations Analyst within the Commercial Services department will develop and analyze current processes and procedures that improve operational or sales efficiencies within and between departments.Consistently provide a high level of customer service and professionalism to a variety of partners and customers in complex and demanding situations

  • Process multiple types of requests daily, ranging from activations, change requests, disconnects, transfers, equipment ordering, and billing disputes
  • Use a multitude of system types daily to process requests, ranging from CSG, Salesforce, Siebel, and Oracle
  • Resolve disputes and effectively work within team atmosphere to handle urgent requests and potential escalations
  • Research, identify, and leverage best practices to identify Commercial sales and operational improvements
