- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university and two plus years of experience; Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and four plus years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be able to learn and apply knowledge of commonly used applications as appropriate for the area within the department, which may include billing systems, sales order entry systems; Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Siebel, and Oracle (not a comprehensive list of all possible applications and software)
- Strong math and analytical skills to handle a wide variety of customer, partner, and internal requests
- Ability to think logically and be able to analyze different parts of the problem at the same time and solve a variety of different business problems. A strong attention to detail is also critical
- Ability to work well within a team setting

The Operations Analyst within the Commercial Services department will develop and analyze current processes and procedures that improve operational or sales efficiencies within and between departments.Consistently provide a high level of customer service and professionalism to a variety of partners and customers in complex and demanding situations
- Process multiple types of requests daily, ranging from activations, change requests, disconnects, transfers, equipment ordering, and billing disputes
- Use a multitude of system types daily to process requests, ranging from CSG, Salesforce, Siebel, and Oracle
- Resolve disputes and effectively work within team atmosphere to handle urgent requests and potential escalations
- Research, identify, and leverage best practices to identify Commercial sales and operational improvements
