Positions in this function include those responsible for providing process and operational support to the functions within Business Operations Family. Positions in this function may also be responsible for quality reporting, analysis and audits, and for developing plans and programs to support continuous quality improvement using applicable tools.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Performs daily Administrative duties including project coordination, scheduling and meeting minutes.
  • Work is frequently completed without established procedures.
  • Works independently.
  • May act as a resource for others.
  • May coordinate others activities.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with MS Office (Microsoft suite, Outlook, MS Excel,) and office equipment.
  • Ability to multitask based on the priority assignment.
  • 1+ year experience coordinating and managing multiple projects
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a Health Care organization
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience with MS PowerPoint
  • Experience with MS Project
