What you will be doing

Sales Administrative Assistant assists the Director of Sales and the other sales managers in the handling of accounts.

  • Responsibilities include: answering telephones; processing letters, proposals and contracts accurately and in a timely manner; and maintaining filing, trace and office services in accordance with normal operating procedures.

Requirements

  • Able to work in a fast paced environment supporting our Sales Team.
  • Delphi experience is a plus.
  • Must have strong Word and Excel skills.
