Receptionist
Location: Alpharetta, GA
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $12 to $13/hr. DOE
Job Duties:
Answers all incoming telephone calls, determine purpose of caller, and forward to appropriate personnel or department.
Welcomes on-site visitors, determining nature of business and announce visitors to appropriate personnel or escort them to meeting facility.
Supports other departments as needed
Works under immediate supervision.
Receptionist Requirements:
Excellent customer service and bright, energetic personality
Computer literacy with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
At least 6 months recent experience in office environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Miscellaneous duties could include but are not limited to: process incoming and outgoing mail via U.S. Mail, FedEx, etc. including maintaining postage meter and supplies; monitor and maintain office supplies; maintain calendar and schedule meeting and luncheons; prepare expense reports; etc. Create and maintain computerized databases on various projects such as client lists, project lists, etc. as appropriate to departmental functions.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Intermediate skills in MS Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Must type 40+ WPM
High school diploma (min) Associates preferred
Must submit to thorough background check and drug screen and be eligible to work in the United States
