Receptionist

Location: Alpharetta, GA
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $12 to $13/hr. DOE

Job Duties:
  • Answers all incoming telephone calls, determine purpose of caller, and forward to appropriate personnel or department.
  • Welcomes on-site visitors, determining nature of business and announce visitors to appropriate personnel or escort them to meeting facility.
  • Supports other departments as needed
  • Works under immediate supervision.

    Receptionist Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service and bright, energetic personality
  • Computer literacy with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
  • At least 6 months recent experience in office environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Miscellaneous duties could include but are not limited to: process incoming and outgoing mail via U.S. Mail, FedEx, etc. including maintaining postage meter and supplies; monitor and maintain office supplies; maintain calendar and schedule meeting and luncheons; prepare expense reports; etc. Create and maintain computerized databases on various projects such as client lists, project lists, etc. as appropriate to departmental functions.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Must type 40+ WPM
  • High school diploma (min) Associates preferred
  • Must submit to thorough background check and drug screen and be eligible to work in the United States
