We are seeking an RN / LVN to join our team as a Clinical Coordinator in our Central Texas territory. This unique Clinical Coordinator position offers the whole package by giving you the opportunity to serve as a primary point of contact for hospital specialists, clinical support staff, patients, and caregivers. The Coordinator will be highly involved in our cutting-edge Pediatric Enteral Education Program, or as we call it, P.E.E.P. You will work closely with our P.E.E.P Patients to provide quality education and exceptional customer service as well as consistently meeting our patients' needs and expectations. The ideal candidate will have the experience, drive, and high-energy-spirit needed to work with our patients. Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide in-person and telephonic educational and technical support to patients and other health care professionals in an effort to provide early intervention with goal of reduction of hospital readmission.
Deliver and educate on enteral feeding pumps to patients in the environment as directed by the referral source
Identify opportunities to improve services to pediatric patients including ongoing development and improvement of patient/family education materials.
Provide patient/family education on new G-button/NG tube placement, including proper gastrostomy care and food pump orders in the hospital or in the home.
Develop and provide educational in-services for referral sources, clinicians, and providers.

Skills and Qualifications:

Licensed RN or LVN
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred
Demonstrates experience and ability in providing exceptional customer service
Excellent understanding of pediatric care with the ability to empathetically educate families, and caregivers
Able to provide customized patient/family education to meet individual pediatric patient needs
Ability to clearly communicate with referral resources, providers, patient, and families
Must be comfortable discussing and resolving issues with physicians and other clinical professionals
Pediatric Specialty / G-tube experience in a clinical environment preferred
