Metrologist/CMM Progammer - Full-time

We're looking for a 1st shift Metrologist/CMM Programmer. Must have job related experience or certification.
This is a DIRECT HIRE position!
Job Description for a Metrologist/CMM Programmer:

Skills and knowledge of blue print reading, use of measuring equipment, word processing and charting software

Quality Planning Documentation

Product Dimensional Verification

New Product Dimensional Layout

Product PPAPS/SPPAPS

Tool Revision Verification

Controlling;Prints ECNS, Print Revisions

Control of Reference Product Samples

Maintain Product Approvals

Maintain Calibration of Inspection and Test Equipment

Maintain Accurate Records and Filing

Interfacing with Customer on Quality Issues

CMM Programming Experience

Primarily uses hand tools, Wenzel LH series CMM with "Open DMIS" software

Report descrepencies on the Microsoft Excel/Word Database to creat customer inspection reports to obtain disposition on them for originators

Lift up to 50lbs

Job Requirements:

HSD or GED

Certification or 3 years experience in related field

Effective communication skills

Ability to work independently or as a team

Salary and Benefits for the Metrologist/CMM Programmer:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
