Position Summary:
The right individual will assist the Store Manager with the day-to-day operations of the store, implement strategies to drive store sales and increase profitability, and provide Remarkable! customer service, ensure customer needs are met and service is quick and efficient, and maintain store appearance and product presentation to company standards. Primary Responsibilities:
*Serve customers by helping them select products
*Welcome customers by greeting them and offering them assistance
*Advise customers by providing information on products
*Help customer make selections by building customer confidence
*Offer suggestions and opinions on in-store products
*Documents sale by creating or updating customer profile records
*Transact and total purchases by processing checks, cash, and other credit cards
*Keep clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest
