Internet Account Coordinator (inbound sales)

We are seeking a skilled and hard-working Inbound Sales Representative to join our growing team of professionals at Oakwood Worldwide. In this role, you will be primarily focused on receiving incoming phone calls from interested prospects looking for a furnished apartment and selling them on our locations. You will ask questions and record information about what the customer is looking for, and then close the sale by offering them options and price quotes. ***Department is open 7 days a week, though schedule will be for 5 days per week. Must be available to work any 8.5 hour shift between 5:00am and 10:00pm. Will receive a set schedule at time of hire***

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Acting as a first point of contact for our international and domestic clients looking for an apartment
• Dealing with only warm leads – NO COLD CALLS!
• Recording information about the customers' needs and putting together options and quotes while talking to customer
• Handling large volume of calls and emails
• Maintaining accurate records for monthly reports

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 2 years of previous inside sales experience, preferably in a high call volume role.
• Strong organization skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• General computer proficiency
• Brings an outgoing, friendly, positive attitude to the job everyday
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must display confidence and be self-motivated
