COMPANY DESCRIPTION
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK STARTING AT 11:30 AM.
Some might call Twizzles an ice cream shop - we call it a social experience - where friends and families gather to enjoy their favorite frozen treat, a hot cup of coffee, or to showcase their creativity on our 8 foot wide Digital Graffiti Wall!
Twizzles Crew Members are responsible for creating an unparalleled social experience for our guests...and have fun doing it!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service - greet guests with a cheerful and helpful attitude along with quick and accurate service, in an environment that is welcoming, clean, and very unique.
Food Preparation - make coffee, bake snacks, keep frozen treats and topping dispensers clean and filled at all times, and adhere to specific recipes
Digital Graffiti Wall - guide customers through the process of creating their digital art masterpiece. Don't worry...training is provided and fun!
Cleanliness and Sanitation - adhere to our high standards of cleanliness by keeping work area and entire restaurant clean and organized at all times
Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned.
ABILITIES
Ability to work flexible work schedule starting at 11:30 am
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Frequent bending, kneeling, or lifting (up to 25 lbs)
Ability to be trained in all facets of the restaurant ( cashier, food prep, digital graffiti wall monitor, and cleanup )
Ability to get to work on time and regularly
Ability to work well with others
Ability to learn and apply policies and procedures
Ability to complete orientation and training programs
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to adhere to food handling, safety and sanitation standards including washing and sanitizing utensils and surfaces throughout the day
Ability to learn and perform cleaning and sanitation procedures of machines on a regular basis
To perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, minor dishwashing, cleaning of tables, and up-keep of rest rooms etc.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Must be able to work the day shift starting at 11:30 am
Must be able to fluently speak/read English
Capable of counting money and making change
Knowledge of, or capable of quickly learning how to operate a computer system with Windows 8 operating system to operate the Digital Graffiti Wall
Ability to proactively engage with guests to entertain and assist them in using the digital graffiti technology
