About this job
-Set up and run mini lathes and drill presses (13 mm press).
-Polish medical device components using dremels.
-Use Beartex wheels to break sharp edges.
-Ability to understand tolerances.
-Understand routing is a plus.
-Comfortable working off of drawings/prints/blueprints.
-Ability to work with calipers and verneirs.
-Must follow safety precautions for deburring.
-Experience in the set-up, programming / editing and operation of CNC, grinding, polishing and centering machines.
-Perform machine maintenance and repairs as required.
-Follow ISO procedures and methods.
-Work with other members of the team.
-Polishing, grinding and deburring components.
-Strong attention to detail and hand dexterity.
-Hand assembly may be required.
