The
e Commerce Consultant is involved in developing initiatives and
creative strategies and tactics to promote the organization's digital
products and services for the Military and Veterans Group. This will be a
lead position initially focused on email/test paperless programs,  that
influences a team of digital analysts and campaign resources as well as
influence the growth and expansion of the ''digital experience'' from
the viewpoint of the customer. This candidate will develop and lead the
email/paperless programs, working with affiliated programs to increase
exposure to and business from the target audience. Establishes and
manages the relationships with M&V segment teams along with UHC
enterprise teams; strategically aligned with the e-commerce goals; to
implement email/text campaigns and programs. Manages the implementation
of e-commerce marketing programs and analyzes their effectiveness.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of M&V email/text/paperless program
  • Predicts emerging customer needs and develops innovative solutions to meet them; understands the Voice of the Customer.
  • Solves
    unique and complex problems preventing adoption and utilization of
    paperless program that may have broad impact on the business.
  • Participates in the development of digital strategy
  • Develops and manages business plans to support expansion of digital business
  • Ability to expand capabilities and accountabilities as the team expands and grows to meet business needs
  • Leads large, complex projects to achieve key business objectives, tracking to goals and KPIs.
  • Translates highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences.
  • Influences senior leadership to adopt new ideas, products, and/or approaches.
  • May have segment-wide impact.
  • Influence and lead cross-functional and/or cross-segment teams.

Requirements

 Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience in the Healthcare Industry; experience implementing digital programs, especially email/text/paperless.
  • Ability to influence across all business lines.
  • Someone with direct knowledge of military culture/lifestyle.
  • Experience creating dash boards and webinars.
  • Experience developing web based programs to increase business exposure.
  • Experience defining and executing a product road map and web strategy

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading cross functional projects.
