This key position provides support to the Region Director of Sales and Customer Management Team. The candidate should possess strong computer skills in Excel, Word, Power Point and Microsoft Outlook. Possess a high degree of initiative, sound judgment and sensitivity in maintaining confidential materials with discretion. The ideal candidate should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong attention to detail and proofreading skills. Candidate should display a positive attitude in a high-pressure environment, and support the desire for challenge and strong work eithic.
Primary duties to include, but limited to the following:
Support a large organization, including 20 members of the Customer Management Team
Direct communication with senior support staff in all key functions
Customer Service: Ensure internal customer issues are handled in a timely and professional manner
Plan/Coordinate Customer Management Team meeings
Travel arrangements for the Director of Sales
T & E reconciliation for the Director of Sales
Minimum 5 Years administraive experience in a professional enviornment - Industry experience preferred (Sales/Marketing)
Candidate should possess strong computer skills in Excel, Word, Power Point and Microsoft Outlook
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Good delegation skills for large projects/events
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Ability to work independently, while possessing the flexibility to assist others
