About this job
A.G. Russell Knives, located on I-49 in Rogers, Arkansas has a entry-level opening for an Order Processor. Hours are 8-5 Mon-Fri and some overtime as needed. Position is Full Time with Benefits. Pay range is $ 10.00 - $ 12.00/hr depending on experience.
The primary responsibilities will include:
Charging and processing orders by batch
Communicating with customers regarding payments
Analyzing orders for potential fraud
Maintaining accurate reporting records
Assistance to Management as needed
Back up customer service order taking as needed
The primary skills required for this position are:
Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data
Strong attention to detail - essential
Proactive with strong communication skills
Strong time management and organizational skills
Working knowledge of Excel and Word
Able to read and interpret information and follow applicable procedures
The requirements for this position are:
Must have a steady job history
Minimum 1 years applicable customer service experience
Pass a drug screen and able to work in a drug, smoke and alcohol free enviornment
