Machine Operator

one year machine operating experience. Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions

Responsibilities include:

��������� Understand and execute Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and best practices safely, consistently and effectively
��������� Disassemble, handle and reassemble equipment in a manner that maintains the condition and food safety of the equipment at all times
��������� Safely and efficiently operate CIP and COP systems
��������� Follow all sanitation, general plant, area-specific and equipment-specific safe practices and GMP's
��������� Complete all documentation, communication and record-keeping requirements accurately, on-time and in a professional manner
��������� Inspect sanitation work and follow-up as appropriate to ensure that all operating and sanitation standards have been met to ensure a safe and effective on-time start of plant processes and equipment
��������� Set equipment to centerline specifications in preparation for post-sanitation start-up
��������� Be a constructive team member
��������� Perform other duties as assigned
