Dishwasher Nationwide Hotel and Conference Center - Full-time / Part-time

The beautiful Nationwide Hotel & Conference Center has an immediate opening for Dishwasher at our sophisticated events campus in Lewis Center.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sweeping and mopping coolers daily.
• Sweep Dry Storage.
• Keep levels stocked up on flour, rice and sugar bins.
• Receive and process all deliveries, check in to ensure proper products where ordered.
• Helps chefs with inventory procedures to ensure proper inventory is taken, monthly.
• Helps when needed, in kitchen.
• Responsible for a clean van, gassed for next day.
• Make sure all break out areas are stocked with proper items.
• May include leaving the property to fulfill a certain request.
• Collects food products and small wares required for item preparation.
• Operates food production equipment according to manufacturers’ instructions.
• Preparation and execution of banquets.
• Carefully follows standard recipes while preparing assigned items for banquet service.
• Assists in plating food items for service.
• Cleans banquet preparation/serving equipment/Banquet table and steam table.
• Cleans assigned work station areas.
• Consistently uses safe and sanitary food handling practices.

• Long hours sometimes required.

• 1-2 years dish washing experience.
• Guest service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
