Windows Admin with - clustering

We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Windows Admin with - clustering.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Job description:

Windows Admin with strong Clustering skills.
Good communication and project co-ordination
flexible and proactive in nature.

Identifying and implementing process improvements for both cost efficiency and operational stability.
Security & Patch Management and Compliance, and experience with Enterprise Antivirus solutions and implementation.
Experience of Continuity Management (Disaster Recovery) for Windows Core infrastructure services across the following: Active Directory, Windows User Home and Shared data, DNS, DHCP, WINS, FTP and Printing.
Experience of Enterprise Microsoft Monitoring solutions via MOM or SCOM.
Strong working knowledge of LDAP, Kerberos, ADFS, WINS, DNS, DHCP and Windows DFS and Printing including all aspects of platform provisioning, systems management, troubleshooting, operational stability, and lifecycle management.
Broad understanding of Microsoft Active Directory (Windows 2003 and 2008) building and demoting Domain Controllers, Forest & Domain Trusts, AD Replication, SYSVOL, and Schema upgrade implementations, and Group Policy management.
Strong understanding of DNS, Internet, TCP/IP, routing concepts.
Strong exposure to virtualisation technologies, including VMware ESX 4, and V-Sphere 5 & Microsoft Virtual server and Citrix.
Experience of Enterprise Storage solutions covering NAS & SAN.
Working knowledge of Windows based FTP software solutions.
Strong experience of Windows based shared data migrations.
Knowledge of proactive capacity planning and performance across Windows Core infrastructure services.
Experience of supporting major data-centre power downs or disaster recovery support / implementations
