Interface with clients in order to structure, negotiate and close complex structured financing transactions that both meet the client’s financing objectives while achieving the optimal terms and conditions for the investor syndicate. Work closely with Leasing Originators to help identify opportunistic or episodic financing opportunities. Actively participate in client meetings in order to understand client challenges and objectives. Analyze each opportunity through thorough evaluation of the various objectives and challenges in order to develop optimized structural solutions to meet the client needs. Interact directly with, lawyers, accountants, appraisers and investors in order to create financial solutions that meet the disparate needs of the various constituencies involved. Actively participate in the pitching of customized financial solutions to clients. Take a leadership role in driving the execution of the financial solution to an expeditious conclusion. Coordinate activities amongst the various constituencies of investor syndicates to ensure efficient transaction execution. Intermediate issues between client and investors to ensure the most positive client experience.

Enterprise Role Overview:

Interact directly with lawyers, accountants, appraisers and investors in order to structure terms and conditions. Coordinate activities amongst issuing clients and investor syndicates to ensure efficient transaction execution.

Required Education:

Bachelor’s degree – accounting, finance, economics, or other business concentration; MBA, JD preferred.

Prior Work Experience:

Fifteen or more years of experience in the financial services industry with direct responsibility for originating, structuring, negotiating and closing complex structured financing transactions preferably in equipment finance and leasing industry.

Required Skills :

• In-depth knowledge of corporate finance

• Deep understanding of leasing and secured lending products and solutions

• Solid knowledge in tax accounting, GAAP accounting, asset valuation and commercial/tax/bankruptcy law

• Exceptional analytical and financial analysis skills

• Proven negotiation skills

• Strong communication skills

• Effective presentation skills

• Proficiency with MS Office software applications

• Exhibit teamwork

• Travel 30%
