Cintas Managed Solutions is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for Affiliate Development, who will be responsible for quantifying and maximizing the use of resources where affiliates can be sourced, contacted and recruited. Job duties include, but are not limited to, developing systems and procedures for easy communications and follow up; ensuring all information and insurance paperwork is up to date for newly developed affiliates, and performing on demand recruitment for immediate service needs. Additional job duties will include performing outbound calls to prospective affiliates and documenting follow-up calls to prospective affiliates for completion of required paperwork as well as rate negotiations, if necessary. Providing statistical performance feedback to management, ensuring quality control standards are met, and continually evaluating processes and procedures and proving feedback to identify target areas for improvement. Additional duties will include special projects. as deemed necessary. Prior vendor recruitment experience or working with subcontracting trades is an asset. Experience with inbounding and out bounding calls, relationship building, phone etiquette and internet skills, required. Strong verbal and written communication, required. Use of Microsoft Office suites including Microsoft Word and Excel, required. Our CSR - Affiliate Development partners are energetic, enthusiastic and able to keep up in a fast-paced high pressured environment to manage high volumes of workloads with ease. Prior experience with 3rd party affiliate (vendor) recruitment, preferred.

Previous recruiting for skilled trades and use of internet to research potential candidates through trade organizations, websites and BBB, preferred.

Strong phone skills, including outbound and inbound calling, required

Accurate typing at 30 words per minute, and 10-key skills, required

Working knowledge with the Microsoft Office Suite to include: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, required

Experience with data entry, proofreading and editing documents, preferred

Minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience, required

Strong verbal and written communication skill, required

Vendor recruitment experience, placing outbound cold calls to recruit new vendors, an asset

High School Diploma/ GED Equivalent, required
