DESCRIPTION:

MOLLY MAID of East Phoenix, one of the most recognized names in the residential cleaning business, is seeking a highly organized and detail oriented individual to perform customer service and office administrative responsibilities of the business. This position requires someone with listening and communication skills to manage daily operations of the business, interact with existing customers, as well as identify potential customer's needs and offer relevant services.

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Legally eligible to work in the United States
-Valid AZ Driver license with a good driving record.
-Must pass a full criminal background check
-This position requires the ability to work flexible hours but will typically work 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri
-Minimum three years customer service experience.
-Proven organizational, communication and problem solving skills.
-Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast paced and multi-task oriented work environment.
-Computer literacy and excellent typing skills.
-Bilingual (Spanish/English) is not a formal requirement but is a big asset for this position.
-Previous experience in residential cleaning management is desirable.
-Proven high reliability and personal integrity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Service including;

-Answer incoming calls and online inquiries regarding our services

-Listen to and assess the needs of the caller and articulate appropriate Molly Maid services.

-Respond, resolve, and follow-up with customer complaints and concerns.

-Track, document and communicate all incidents with management.


Manage and maintain daily administration of franchised residential cleaning business operations including;

-Customer scheduling requests and setting cleaning teams daily routes

-Properly staff for business volume

-Process customer payments/invoicing

-Enter employee's times and activities in CRM database

-Prepare and print payroll documents

-Communicate employee disciplinary issues with management and fully document.

-File, document and follow up on customer and employee communication and interaction.

-Load and unload cleaning cloths into washer/dryer.

-Prepare deposit and run credit card charges
