Summary

Jr Analyst EBS Systems Management

The Jr. Analyst provides functional support for the E-Business Suite to include HR Core, Self Service, OTL, OAB, CWB, Payroll and other components of ASM’s Enterprise Resource Planning (EBS) systems and integration function. Position Summary

The Jr. Analyst provides functional support for the E-Business Suite to include HR Core, Self Service, OTL, OAB, CWB, Payroll and other components of ASM’s Enterprise Resource Planning (EBS) systems and integration function. Serve as a liaison between business users and technical team, maintaining relationships with project sponsors, stakeholders, vendors and end users.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Functional support for various for E-Business Suite application needs to include HR Core, Self Service, OTL, OAB, CWB and Payroll.
  • Will be supporting 3 rd party systems Concur, iCIMS and other components of ASM’s Enterprise Resource Planning (EBS) systems and integration function.
  • Interact with internal users to understand and support business requirements.
  • Functional maintenance of Oracle key functional setups and maintenance.
  • Investigates issues reported by end users.
  • Perform root cause, effect and gap analysis to identify and implement solutions between business and system processes.
  • Develop and create documentation for due diligence and post change requests.
  • Partner with development team as needed.
  • Perform gap analysis and partner with EBS team accordingly
  • Business Intelligence (BI)& Enterprise Support Services – project team member for enterprise resource planning as it relates to EBS needs.
  • Participate in patch UAT for all upgrades, changes and new installations for system test and approve patch upgrades
  • Audit control - respond to audits, documentation source and controls in accordance with protocol.
  • Security controls - ensure security levels are maintained and adhered to at all times for P.I. release of information

Minimum QualificationsMinimum Qualifications

Education Level: (Required): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience



Field of Study/Area of Experience: HR/Payroll or Information System/HCM

5+ years of related experience

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
  • Background in Oracle HCM modules (HR Core, Self Service, OTL, OAB, CWB and Payroll)
  • Experience a plus with common Oracle setups - Lookups, Flex Fields, Work Structures, Organizations, Responsibilities, Security Profiles, Jobs, Personalizations, User Setups, Work Flow and Elements.
  • Payroll experience preferred
  • Reporting Analytics, design and development
  • Project Management
  • Strong written communication and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web-browsers
  • Oracle R 12.1.3 Modules (HR Core, Self Service, OTL, OAB, CWB and Payroll)
  • Discoverer a plus not required
  • Concur and iCIMS a plus but not required

Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
