As a Store Manager, you will primarily be responsible for providing the best technology and mobile solutions to people looking for a better way to communicate as well as servicing phones for current customers. Job Responsibilities:
Day to day function of the Store Manager position will include:
Work with employees to increase overall store profitability, exceeding set company goals in each category
Enforce company policies and procedures, operating hours, and disciplines
Observe customer sales interactions with all store employees to provide positive and constructive feedback
Daily and weekly inventory control over all store products and transactions
Maintain knowledge of up-and-coming technologies and trends
Provide customers the best customer best customer experience in wireless
Requirements:

Financial, inventory, auditing, and performance review reports
Human Resource Management techniques and understanding
Strong written and verbal Communication skills
Bilingual speaking (Spanish/English), a plus
