Full-Time Bookkeeper ( (Experience with Quickbooks Premier Plus Contractor & QB Online required).

Excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing company. We are seeking an individual with previous bookkeeping experience from accounts payable to payroll processing. Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience, strong communication skills and an ability to multi-task.

Qualifications:

* Highly Proficient in Quickbooks Online and Quickbooks Premier Plus Contractors Edition
* Thorough knowledge of accounts payable and payroll processing
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Detail oriented and well organized

Job Responsibilities Include:
* Invoicing
* Reconciling accounts with Quickbooks
* Payroll processing
* Accounts Receivable
* Accounts Payable
* Assembling employee hours for invoicing and payroll
* Creating Profit & Loss Statements and Reports in Quickbooks

This is a full time position and pay is commensurate with experience and education.
