Job Purpose: To provide overall parts support for repairs in order to provide timely service to our customers. Job Responsibilities:
• Supports all repair lines by pulling the unit stock parts, entering them on the service order, and delivering the parts to the designated technician in an expedient fashion
• Understands and supports NPS and NPN system needs
• Handles all local purchases, including procurement and inputting the parts in the computer system
• Handles parts punch ups and escalations by using the parts status reports
• Inputs emergency parts orders
• Maintains daily, weekly, monthly inventory control ( to include cycle counts, markups/markdowns, filing shortage claims, price change packages, processing surplus parts)
• Accurately works the 8911 DTR and PS105 reports.
• Accurately count, receive, and bin both unit stock and CWO parts in a timely manner
• Matches CWO parts with CWO product and moves to repair line
• Ability to keep the receiving and bin areas neat, orderly and clean
• Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned

• Able to handle stressful situations and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to apply appropriate safety procedures and equipment to protect company and customer assets
• Ability to apply appropriate use of personal protective equipment (i.e. back belt, safety glasses)
• Ability to work around gas and oil products within the EPA and OSHA guidelines
• Ability to work in non-air conditioned environment, where applicable
• Ability to work variable and flexible hours including overtime
• Ability to read and utilize reports as needed
• Ability to follow ISO 9001 process guidelines Experience/Education/Certification Requirements:
• High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred
• Must be 18 years of age
• Must be able to pass the pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
• Must be willing to submit to random drug testing per company policy
• Experience and aptitude with computers and databases Required Job Competencies:

• Work well with others in a team setting to deliver high performance results
