About this job

As a Marketing Concierge with Hilton Grand Vacations, you are responsible for generating leads and booking qualified timeshare sales presentations for prospective Hilton Grand Vacations Owners, Club Members and other qualified customers at Hilton Hotels or Hilton Grand Vacations Club properties. You will also be responsible for daily resort Concierge duties as well as distributing Sunrise Lodge by Hilton Club information and providing tour information for guests and visitors in an effort to book a preview or sell a promotional vacation package. Additional responsibilities include:

Promoting our exclusive new luxury property through face to face guest sales

Concierge duties Interacting with hotel guests on a daily basis by offering them the opportunity to learn more about our new property through booking/scheduling resort previews and tours

Providing customer/concierge services to all guests projecting a professional company image

Assisting in the implementation and tracking of current and future marketing programs, according to the standards of professionalism adhered to by the Hilton Corporation.

What will I be doing?

As a Concierge, you would be responsible for greeting customers, check them in and out and respond to inquiries with accurate information regarding hours of outlet operation, hotel services, directions to local attractions, or meeting rooms, car rentals and airline shuttle service, etc. The primary goal of the Concierge is to ensure that our guests have an unforgettable experience that reflects the reputation and style of the Hilton brand. Answers calls from guests who have booked packages to make date changes and responds to questions concerning their upcoming vacation. Works at the resort to help direct and assist guests on the day of their tour.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of face-to-face consumer sales/marketing experience, a high school diploma (or equivalent), and excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills.

Must be self-motivated and able to work a flexible schedule throughout the week including regular weekend responsibilities. A polished and professional appearance with a positive attitude and the ability to accept rejection in a proactive manner are equally essential. Vacation ownership experience a plus.
