Description
We are seeking an organized, detail oriented, problem solver to join our Post Acute Retail medical customer service team at our corporate office in Mundelein, IL.

Responsibilities include
- Manage orders and follow up on shipments to customers
- Ensure orders are entered into system and shipped. Follow up with customers in regards to questions and deliveries.
- Increase sales to our customers by ensuring product ships on time. Reduce fines and reroutes.
- Work with various divisions, Inventory management, customers and marketing
Qualification
Qualifications include:
- High School Diploma
- Detail oriented
- Strong organization and follow up skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Thorough understanding of Excel, PowerPoint
- Knowledge of SAP preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Desire to learn our customers reporting tools and the software and become the expert
- Results oriented
- Interest in communicating directly with the retail category managers
