General Responsibilities:
Scope:
This position will facilitate the successful execution of cross sales strategy related to selling of Donlen fleet managements services.
Responsibilities:
Analyze data to identify target opportunity accounts
Conduct strategy calls with sales teams to review target accounts and share best practices
Support the achievement of annual goals/targets pertaining to Donlen services
Provide monthly updates to the field sales organization and management to ensure focus on revenue growth
Compile and distribute monthly cross sell reports showing progress to plan, year over year growth in transactions and revenue. Lead quarterly cross sell update webinars Develop win / loss analysis
Identify and coordinate cross sales training programs for field sales employees
Develop, implement and promote cross sales incentive programs and contests
Administer referral commissions
Manage opportunity flow mechanisms *LI-MR1
Mandatory Requirements:
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s level degree or higher in business or math discipline Five or more years of related work experience Fleet leasing background highly desired Strong analytical skillset Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Experience with SalesForce.com strongly desired
