Job Summary :
- This position manages the day-to-day activities on assigned accounts and strategy contributing to client strategy initiatives and growth of current business by working in conjunction with the Engagement Leader.
- Ensures all data required for specific projects is articulated and acquired.
- Leads efforts to keep client documentation up to date.
- Ensures correct use of all client engagement tools.
- Contributes to the internal sales process with existing accounts.
- Assists with managing client expectations.
- Maintains Data & Process Documentation.
- Is accountable for internal and external account status communication.
- Leads efforts to ensure clients have appropriate training on Treo tools and solutions.
- Works with Engagement Leader contributing to revenue growth.
- Acts as key service contact for Treo clients to drive high satisfaction.
- Acts as “trusted Advisor” to client, matching Treo offerings to potential needs.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience working with clients in a support, customer service or account management role
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or other related field required.
- Sales, contract negotiations and contract management experience preferred.
- Healthcare experience or payer and provider data experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Treo products and services preferred.

Travel: May include up to 25%
