Server - Strata Bar and Peaks Lounge (Full-Time)

This posting is for a Full Time Server at the Hyatt Regency Denver located in downtown Denver. A Server is responsible for presenting beverage and food menu choices to guests, submitting orders and delivering the order to the guest in an efficient and friendly manner. The right person will gain menu knowledge and give recommendations from our compilation of cuisine and drink offerings. l Servers will engage in casual conversation and create the guest experience by their style and service attributes. Other duties include general lounge preparation and maintaining a sanitary environment.

· At least one year of consistent high-volume serving experience required.

· Must demonstrate excellent communication and organization skills.

· This position requires a considerable amount of walking, and the ability to lift, push and carry a moderate amount of weight.

Candidates must have open afternoon and evening availability, including weekends and holidays. Typical shifts for this position s tart between 2pm and 6pm and ending between 1030pm and 230am on the weekdays and may begin as early as 12pm on the weekends. The schedule is based upon business needs.

$5.21 per hour, plus tips.
