The Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for assisting the Restaurant General Manager with the day-to-day management of the hotel’s premier media bar, Vitascope Hall.
Responsibilities may also include but are not limited to:
· Scheduling
· Coaching/Counseling/Discipline
· Training
· Special event set up and execution
· Promotional Content

· A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
· Refined verbal communication skills
· Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances
· Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 50 pounds)
· Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays
· Proficient in basic computer skills
· 2 years previous hospitality food service management/supervisory experience preferred
