Sales Associate - Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for upbeat, positive and happy people to be part of the LACOSTE store team at this legendary event. Do you love tennis? Can you easily start up an engaging conversation with customers and tourists? If you answered yes, we want to talk with you! We are looking to fill the following positions for this event:

Sales Associates
Stock Associates
Cashiers
Monogrammers
Fitting Room Associates/Runners

We will be conducting phone interviews in the coming weeks and in person interviews in the Miami area starting the week of February 16th, 2015.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES 

• Desire to achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPI’s as determined by the Store Manager.
• Passion to connect with customers and drive sales.
• Embrace a culture that puts the customer experience first and foremost.
• Be perceptive to customer’s wants and needs and utilize product knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction.

OPERATIONS 

• Maintain standards of housekeeping.
• Efficiently complete customer transactions and perform other functions, such as stock replenishment, stock checks, runner, fitting room coordinator and online ordering.
• Protect store assets and inventory through awareness of loss prevention procedures.
• Assist with all other duties as required by store management.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be available to work for the 4 week period starting March 16th – April 10th, 2015.
Availability must include a combination of night, day and weekend shifts.
Passion for providing outstanding customer service
Excellent communication and technical skills
Naturally outgoing and fun personality
Work collaboratively with all other LACOSTE team members to achieve goals
Previous retail sales experience
Interest in and knowledge of tennis is a plus!
Bilingual in Spanish/Portuguese is a plus!
Experience using a monogram machine is a plus!
