Manufacturing Engineer - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek works with a company that is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer in the Bay City area. This is a direct placement position.

The primary duties of the qualified candidate will be:
*Manage Projects and project costs
*Standardize processes -Reduce the current human element
*Improve Quality and reduce scrap
*Ability to justify return on investment for capital investment
*Responsible for ensuring new installations are constructed according to the original designs
*Work directly with R&D and Production to help quote new opportunity ensuring it will be profitable.

The qualified candidate must have.....
*Engineering Degree. Chemical/Industrial/Mechanical
*Experience with Automation equipment
*Experience with Capital equipment installation and or startups

It is nice for the qualified candidate to have....
*Mechanical Engineering Degree
*SolidWorks or other CAD experience
*Experience in plastic related industry
