Field Service- Building Engineer - Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for a field service technician to join one of our clients service teams. This position will require travel within the Philadelphia area. This person will be given a company van, tablet, and phone.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of routine support activities in the field service function.

**This position requires a universal CFC certification.**

Responsibilities include:

• Inspecting building systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure operation of equipment is within design capabilities.
• Assessing and responding to situations using standard procedures in isolation and fixing problem equipment.
• Welding, carpentry, furniture assembly and locksmith tasks as needed.
• Experience working with electrical/ AC/DC electrical theory and 3 phase motors
• Must possess valid driver's license
• Strong organizational and inventory skills required
